30-day money-back guarantee

If your kit isn’t right for your recovery, return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. The 30-day window starts the day the carrier marks your order delivered.

Condition of returned items

Tools (reacher, shoehorn, sock aid, leg lifter, dressing stick) may be returned even if opened and gently used — trying them is the point.
For hygiene, the bath sponge and ice wrap must be unused and sealed to be refundable.
Partial-kit returns are welcome; refunds are prorated per item.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For defective items, you never pay — under our 18-month warranty we either send a prepaid label or simply ship a free replacement based on a photo of the issue (most claims never require a return at all).
