All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change. Pre-order items ship on or around the estimated date shown; estimates may shift, and you may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and begin when your order leaves our facility. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier; we will assist with carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments.
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price under our 30-day money-back guarantee; for hygiene, the bath sponge and ice wrap must be unused and sealed. Customers pay return shipping on change-of-mind returns. Every tool carries an 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects — defective items are replaced free, with return shipping (when needed) paid by us.
