Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the United States from our facility in Pflugerville, Texas.

Cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $59. Orders under $59 ship at a flat calculated rate shown at checkout.

Timing

• Pre-orders: our first production run is estimated to ship in September 2026. Pre-order customers ship first, in order of sign-up, and receive tracking by email.
• In-stock orders (after launch): ship within 1–2 business days; most US addresses receive kits in 2–5 days.

Ordering before surgery

We recommend having your kit at home before your procedure — many families order two to three weeks ahead.

Gift shipments

Sending a kit to a parent or loved one? Enter their address at checkout and add a gift note — we’ll leave the prices off the packing slip.
